"Standard Messaging Rates Apply" count against your messaging plan. Anything that says "Premium rates" will cost extra. So you will be fine to upload your pix to facebook. Just attach only one picture per message.

Pictures can be up to 600kb without extra charges. I think that pix over 600kb might be rejected and not go through at all.
