The best thing would be to do search on google and you can find several possibilities "pda insurance" or smartphone insurance either one.

All Palm Treo devices are ineligible, so if you switched from another phone that was insurable to the Treo and did not drop the insurance, they will not honor the coverage, even if something happens. You may be able to get them to refund the premium that you paid since you got the 750, but they will not pay the claim if something happens to the phone...(from personal experience).
