I've never had this problem before.  I'm trying to listen to my music on either the speaker on my phone or my bluetooth headset and it is not playing the music out loud.  When the phone rings I can hear the ring in both devices.  When I look at my music it shows what song is playing.  I cannot figure out what to do to hear it.  Any tips?

make sure that the volume on your media player is up, and un-muted.

On the left hand side of the Blackjack you will have two buttons (one with an arrow pointing upwards and one with an arrow pointing downwards), while in Windows Media Player, press the arrow pointing upwards and you should see a pop-up window with the earpiece volume.  Press the arrow pointing upwards until the earpiece volume increases and the volume of the music should follow.  Then look at the lower right area of the telephone screen, to the right of the speaker icon should be a percentage value, use the scrolling wheel on the right hand side of the Blackjack or the scroll wheel on the middle of the cellular phone (depending on if you have the Blackjack I or II) until the percentage increases to 100%.

Your Blackjack music volume should increase.  If you are still having difficulties, perhaps you have a malfunctioning model and should contact tech-support.

Hope this helps.
