I just had tech support notify me that my second device has the tamper switched triggered as well. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I got both units from the AT&T Store in Boca Park (Las Vegas). Tech support recommended getting a device from another location as there could have been damage in transit to a case. Apparently this is a pretty rare occurrence.
Also their is some issue with the zip code for my area. If I enter the correct one and save it will change it to one that is literally across town. Tech support says that the two issues aren't related but that I will have to call and have them manually override the GPS location info.
About one device and two tech calls away form saying forget it!
