I have had the Outlook Exchange Server mail account set up on the phone and running without issue for the past 3 weeks.
Tonight, I went through the process of setting up the Microcell successfully, and the cell phone (Samsung S3) reception was excellent. However, immediately after the phone switched to "ATT Microcell", the Exchange Server mail account could no longer sync with the mail server.
The PC Outlook and online mail login (Outlook's OWA) all work fine, but the phone's Exchange account simply stopped working.
The error message says "server unavailable (account name)"
Also, even after I leave the range of the Microcell, the problem still exists. This leads me to believe that the addition of the ATT Microcell somehow changed the phone setting or server sync setting.
I tried the following without resolution:
- deleted then re-set up the exchange mail account;
- power cycle the microcell and phone after delete;
Anyone else with this issue?
Ideas / thoughts??
