Bad enough that coverage at my house has become a black hole (rendering three phones pretty much useless), but this is the second Microcell that won't activate. To make matters worse, its IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone that knows anything about a Microcell on the phone at at&t. The last two calls I made for help were answered by reps that told me that they're rarely in the Microcell queue, and that it sounds like I know more about it than they do. Fabulous.
I know, I'm screaming into the wind here and that it doesn't matter to anyone at at&t if I'm a happy customer or not, but I've documented every dropped call, every missed call, every call in to customer service, and I have a zillion screen shots of my phone showing my location on a map along with the famous "searching ..." message on the top of my screen. I'm done. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Let at&t try to enforce what's left on my contract. I have more than ample documentation that shows that they're providing virtually no service at all at this point.
If anyone from at&t is reading and thinks they can actually fix this situation, please let me know immediately. I'm not holding my breath.
