Can anyone give me a good reason why data use on the MicroCell, which would transmit over MY U-VERSE INTERNET, gets billed as Cellular Data, WHEN IT NEVER TOUCHES A CELL TOWER?!?!?!

Annoying as a customer yes, but your phone call does go over the entire rest AT&T telephone system >except< for the tower. Your data should be going over your U-Verse internet however, if you actually meant "data" as in email, browser traffic, etc.

Use Wi-Fi. Any connection on the micro cell is used as if it were connected to the tower
