Dear AT&T,
I'm using this forum because I was unable to find any other way to contact you. I'll give you a few details about my experience with your service and your devices, but I assume you can check out my account for verification. I live in the hills of western North Carolina where there are few cell towers. Since my wife and I are AT&T customers we had to invest in a MicroCell. It is a nice device, in theory.
I have spent two years with VERY spotty MicroCell service. It comes... it goes. It cycles red. It just cycles. It drops calls. It echos. I've tried to work through your tech support a number of times, but noone can ever help me. Patience is the only thing that seems to work. It will go on the fritz for 5 days, then be OK for a week or three. (By the way, we are on day 3 of the fritz, right now.) Unfortunately, it is all we have out here mainly because we have been stuck in a two year contract.
We are moving again, though. While, our new location will have better AT&T service, we will not be renewing our contract. We just can't trust your service.
In the coming weeks, after we move, we will be switching our service.
