When I plug in our Microcell tower the power light comes on, then the one that looks like Saturn blinks, then turns solid, the satillite blinks and turns solid and then the 3g blinks for about 5 minutes and then all lights, but the power go out. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

If this is a brand new MicroCell, and you have set it up according to the instructions, then it sounds like it is either defective or your ISP connection is problematic.

I have this same issue. How would you know if the ISP is the problem? I am not good with this stuff at all!

There are minimum speed requirements (I believe it is 3Mbps down), no PPoE (basically a cable or DSL connection), no dialup, and a stable connection (consistent or sustained speeds). The ISP modem should not be setup to do NAT if you have a router that is also performing the same function (which results in a double NAT). The MicroCell needs to be within 18" of a window with an unobstructed view of the sky and at least 2' away from any WiFi device (wireless router). You can try to connect it in Priority Mode which is modem -> MicroCell -> router and see if you can make a connection that way. Don't drop the MicorCell. If you do, there are anti-tamper connectors that may become loose. If they do, it will render the MicroCell useless.

Maybe. A lot of folks have router/modem combinations and they work fine. There have been some configuration docs posted here for a few specific modems etc. I don't have the link handy but if you post your router/modem model here, the type of connection you have, and your speeds we may be able to help.
