Microcell not working

For no apparent reason my microcell has disconnected itself this morning. The GPS signal was steady but not the bars signal. My internet is working. I have done a power reset. Now the GPS and the bars signal are both just blinking. It has been working fine since I got it a month or so ago.

I have the exact same issue. So far, no help from AT&T!

After about a half hour it regained the steady signals.

That's good. I've done every troubleshooting technique that I and AT&T can think of, and I still have two blinking lights (GPS and 3G bars). But all AT&T tells me is, give it more time.

We will today, if it doesn't start working again. AT&T told us there was a nationwide outage over the weekend that could have affected it, but we haven't been able to get a GPS lock since Sunday. This is absurd.

I finally got a GPS lock, but the 3G light keeps blinking green. After dealing with AT&T for days on this, they assert that even though it's under warranty, the problem may be on my end, so they created a ticket. It's only if the engineer can't resolve the problem that I "might" get a replacement. But three days of calling just to get a silly ticket created is insane.

Go to the store and get another one. If it doesn't work, fine, return it...there's a 30 day return policy. If it works, package up the old one and return it.
