After we replaced the 1st Micro Cell which worked for 1 month then died.
Got our replacement easily at the ATT store. Phone support after 3 hours on the phone and 8 transfers to someone who was clueless. We just went to the store. It seems the help desk was never Truly trained on the device.They replaced in minutes.
All of our setup went fine. All kinds of emails.
We never received our confirmation (final Email) they said 90 minutes. Well it is 13 hours later and we have received nothing.
We are fearful of the 3 hour help desk nightmare. ( We were asked security verification over 15 times). One asked for verification at the end of the call after she did it at the beginning,,,, "very weird and illogical"
What can we do to get that final "good to go email" ?
All the lights on the machine are on.
