I purchased a microcell a week ago and it started off working great. All of a sudden (around the time of the iPhone 4.0.1 update) the phones in my office would not connect. All the appropriate microcell lights are on (3G, GPS, Power and Ethernet). I turned the unit off/on, went to ATT.com/3gmicrocell and tried disconnecting the device and then re-registered it all to no avail.
The only way I can get the phones to utilize the microcell is by turning the phone off for a minute then turning it back on (or putting them into airplane mode for a minute and then taking them out again). If I leave the immediate area of the microcell and come back the phone will not connect again.
Any and all ideas are welcome.
