My device is fully activated and registered. When it powers up, it takes a few minutes and then all the lights slowly go to solid green-- but then all the lights go off except the top power light.
This happens every time I power cycle it. I've tried variuos upstream network configurations, to no effect. [the family is getting annoyed with my repeatedly shutting down their internet access as I fiddle with the thing...]
My first unit died for some mysterious reason, after working sort of okay for a little while; the replacement unit had this same reset-down-to-power-light behaviour from day one, and they had me send it back; today I'm on my third unit, with the same problem as the second unit.
The quality of the device, technical documentation, and phone support is unbelievably bad. AT&T clearly just doesn't care at all about us, so I'm hoping one of you might have some hints to try...

How do you have it connected to your internet? using a router? Have you used the DMZ on the host router to input the IP the MC gets from the host router?
Is there a factory reset on these? Might unplug for a long period then reconnect. If not, unit might be defective and need a replacement.

Also, double-check you're using the correct power supply. Its fine print should give the output as 12 Volts DC and 1.25 Amps.
The MicroCell could act strangely if it isn't getting quite enough power.
My MicroCell spent its first hour with some other device's power supply. I swapped for the correct one as soon as I noticed, but that shows how easy it is to get things confused.

...and it's now over an hour later and unit is STILL UP AND RUNNING!
*gasp*
I'm going to try to restrain myself until it has stayed up and working for several days, but so far so good. Someone should tell AT&T Tech Support about a possible power supply issue: of the 10 or so I've dealt with, none of them ever even hinted this could be an issue.
Thank you, nickfie!
