I'am in a rural are in missouri near independence mo and it won't stay on longer than a few minute's. Had the same type of box with sprint and it worked perfect made a mistake switching service's ? we will see if it start's working been a full day already and it's pretty much worthless a waist of 200 bux

I switched modem's, I had a westell built in router modem that supported up to 10mb service hooked my old modem up and it work perfect, but needed a wireless router got a net gear router works perfect no dropped calls
