Re: What, in your opinion, are must-have apps for the Tilt?

[ Edited ]
Added software on my Tilt (same as 8125 and 8525)

Total Commander (free registry editor)
TCPMP (free media player - plays those .avi files!)
Slingplayer Mobile (can access my DVR/Cable Box at home anytime)
TomTom 6 (great navigation software - a little pricey, but worth it!)
SPB Shell, Plus, and Weather (great for customizing Today screen, etc)
Sprite Backup (preferred to SPB Backup)
PIE Plus (allows tweaks to Internet Explorer, including tabs)

New for Tilt/8925

PTT registry edits along with Vibra Switch (can now use the PTT button for voice command and vibrate switch)
Kaiser Tweak (great for tweaking a lot of the settings on the Tilt)

What is the palm threaded sms?  I have switched to the Tilt from a series of malfunctioning Treo 680s.  I really loved the palm calendar and would like to  have that on the Tilt.  Is that out there anywhere?

I am considering the new Tilt but I have the same preference for the Palm Desktop.  Did you find a solution that runs on the Tilt?

You can find a cab file to do that here.  Be sure to read the entire thread about it before installing it so you know how it works and what to expect.

On that Adobe ebook reader. Where can you get books that it reads? I looked on there site, and there is a short list of books. Looks like samples rather than whole books.
