I am not understanding the ATT Smart Limits.
I put this on my daughters phone line, and she is still accepting collect calls on her phone. She as well is still getting access to 1411 after I blocked it on the plan.
I am having issues with other phone lines on the account, could someone tell me if I added smart limits for one phone line on the account, if it effects all phones on the plan?

Adding Smart Limits to one line will not affect the other lines on your account. If you believe your Smart Limits service is not working properly, please contact AT&T Customer Care.
