Will there be notificati on to either party if a call or text is attempted and what will it be?

If I have a number blocked on my child's phone and a blocked number is called or texted will there be a notificaton sent to my child's phone? Also, if the blocked number tries to call or text what would the sender or caller be notified that their number is blocked for each case, texts and phone calls?

I wish someone would answer this question. I've spent literally hours trying to figure out how to get to the page where I can even block calls. Your website is horrible!

If a Smart Limits subscriber blocks a selected phone number, what message (if any) does the blocked number hear when calling?
If a Smart Limits subscriber has blocked the callers number, the caller will hear: "The AT&T subscriber you are trying to reach is not available at this time."
