Once you’ve created or responded to 150 posts, you can mark posts as Accepted Solutions.
If you’ve posted a question and received an accurate answer – let the community know by marking the post as an “Accepted Solution.” Accepted Solutions - with their big green “check marks” - are easily visible on the home page of the community, in search results and in scans of posts.
To mark a solution as accepted:
- Sign In
- Navigate to the post that answered your question
- In the “Options” drop-down list on the right – choose “Accept as Solution.”
- You can revoke an Accepted Solution by choosing “Unmark as Accepted Solution” from the Options drop-down list on the right
Did the post help you? Accept it as a solution!
Kudos
You can use kudos (thumbs up) to say “I like this post!” Top kudo’ed authors and top kudo’ed posts are listed on the community home page.
To give a kudo:
- Sign In
- Select the “thumbs up” icon on the bottom right of the post.
- You can remove kudos by choosing “Revoke my Kudos from this Message” in the Options drop-down list on the right
Like it? Give it a Kudo!
To see how many kudos you’ve given or received:
- Sign In
- Select your user name near the top right to see your Profile page with “Total Kudos Received” and “Total Kudos Given.”

"Kudos Given” – On the right side of your Profile page
