Callers get busy signal instead of voicemail greeting!

Please help How do I get my phone 2 go 2 voicemail instead of a busy signal? Any suggestions!!!

PLEASE HELP! Off the subject... I'm having a problem w/ my voicemail callers are getting busy signals instead of voicemail & they can't leave a message Please let me know either way (if u can help or not)

Try dialing #002# (Send) on your wireless phoen then palce a test call to your wireless number and see if the issue is there still.

There is a number which might not be set correctly on your account called a Voicemail Deposit number. You need to call Customer care and ask them to see if the Voicemail Deposit Number is set correctly, they will know what you are talking about.

first off OMFGosh you responded responded to your own message asking if you solved your own problem! classic! I needed a laugh today thank you. and second i would recomened calling customer care. voicemail problems are usually very easily solved through them
