When I go to check my voicemails, the phone asks me to give the mailbox number, which I don't know. How do I find out what my mailbox number is?

It's uour 10-digit number. If the number is not recognized, call CS 1-800-331-0500 from another phone and have them check your VM access number and mailbox.
