I purchased my iPhone last November, and at the time, I clearly told the customer service representative at my local ATT to add the 6.99 dollars a month insurance to both phones. My bills are automatically drafted so I haven't checked to make sure the insurance was added. Now that I need it, and after contacting AT&T, they told me that they cannot add it since 30 days passed. I'm frustrated as it was the rep in the store that made the mistake.
Any suggestions?

assurion the underwriter for phone insurance is not a great deal, theere are other providers that you can get insurance on your phones - try your homeowners / renters insurance provider for a rider on the policy. The policy of 30 days is not ATT, it is assurion's policy and att people cannot override it.
