Has this problem been fixed. A t and t is not aware of any problems

I am rather surprised that no one from AT&T is responding.

It would be nice to get a response from AT&T. I got various responses from their customer service. One person was going to have the data support's technical support call me back within a week. (Was transfered to technical support, then data support, but I had to wait for a call back data support's technical support). I think they called me back and they are getting in touch with the manufacturer of Family Map.
Another person said I had to wait 30 days for Family Map to be removed from my account so it could be added again. Another guy told me the web site was broken and he would call me back in an hour. He hasn't called me back two days later.

Suspended my service for 2 week overdue 1 month bill, restored my service, lost 3 0f 5 family members on family map and can not add them back, horrible cust svc doesn't have a clue says family map run by other company thoroughly disgusted.

AT&T, you really need to work with YOUR vendor company to fix this problem.
I'm going to switch carriers if it's not fixed pronto!
It's only partially a billing issue. I've really come to rely on this service for peace of mind to know my daughter is okay (and attending her college classes that I'm paying for).
I'm getting the same server error message when I try to add her back (took her off temporarily to add a different family member on the same account - sorry I did that now!!)

Kathryn W: yes it did, but I've been all through those steps. I'm very familiar with the process. The Family Map website seems to be broken. Is anyone at AT&T working with the company vendor to try to fix it?

Wanda R: Mrs. W, there are no issues reported at this time, by other users.

Wanda R: Have you logged out of the account and returned during the last 15 minutes?
Wanda R: By default, Schedule Check Notifications are sent only when the phone is not at the location.
Wanda R: - Each time the phone is located, it will display in the 7-day history.
Wanda R: - Standard text messaging rates apply.
Wanda R: Please also test each phone to make sure there are no issues with Text messages?
Kathryn W: If you go to the A&T Family Map forum, you'll see that others are reporting a problem as well. I logged out and logged in several times over the past few hours.

Kathryn W: the forum says others are experiencing the same problem.
