I bought a refurbished Blackberry Curve and am unable to set up my voicemail account. What is the phone number that I need to use in order to set up the voicemail? I have tried two different numbers but neither one is correct. How can I complete the set-up? I have used my cell-phone number and the number of my voicemail that is dialed automatically by the phone with no luck.

If you had your phone for more than 30 days without using voicemail it automatically erases so call 800-331-0500 choose option to talk to customer service they will add voicemail back to your phone and then you can press and hold 1 and be able to access you voice mail.
