Sync address book with Black berry torch

I have a Blackberry Torch and have enabled the ATT address book as my default on my phone. I've entered all my contact online using the Address book for the 9800 Tourch. It recognizes my mobile device. The Sync settings are set to:

Sync automatically

Keep the most recent information

I can add contacts on mobile and it will update to Address book.

The address book will not update to mobile device (9800 Torch)

The whole purpose of using the adddress book is to easily update my contacts without entering them in manually on my phone.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?

It sounds like you're following the proper steps so I'm not sure why you're having an issue with the sync. 

Would you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you? I'd like to put you in contact with a member of my team so we can figure out what the issue is. 




To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type my username in the "Send To" field.
