This is in Account Features because apparently you have to make a new account for the Business Community forums.
We own a building that was renovated a few months ago and in the process the telephone panel was damaged, so we put in an order for an engineer to come and install a new one.
Two months - 60 days, 1/6th of a year, 8 weeks - pass and the engineer ATT insists over and over will call us never does, and also never answers our calls.
The tenant renting the building opens his business and, because there is no phone line, cannot take credit and is losing money (I don't know how phones and credit cards are related, but they are).
After four hours of calling, waiting on hold, being transferred, calling, etc., we look up a support number on the website different from the one on the bill for our other buildings. We are told that no order for a panel exists for the number of the building.
We start the process of putting in a new order.
The engineer calls as we are almost done with the new order.
Are you kidding me.

It appears that you need assistance for a business related service. These forums are primarily for consumer products and services.
I would suggest posting the same message in the AT&T Business Community. You should get a quicker response there.
Thanks!
