Voicemail stopped working

Greetings!
I have a gophone that I use for a second phone. I noticed recently that I can't access voicemail, and no one can leave messages for me either. If I call voicemail, I get asked for my mailbox number. I enter my phone number, and it tells me that the number is invalid. I've tried the number with and without area code. Normally when I dial voicemail, it takes me directly to my account. Since the system won't recognize my number, I can't even re-set up my mailbox.
My phone makes and receives calls just fine, and sends and receives text messages just fine, so it's not that my phone is out of service or anything like that.
