Hello all. When I log into my account, I get in fine. When going to Phone Features, and try to get into call blocking, and what not, it give me an error code of 103. The error code then goes away, and it sits there saying that it is loading. When I first got AT&T Uverse, I like going in here and updating the features. This has been like this now for 8-10 months. I have tried from several different computers, home internet, work internet, Richard. Nothing seems to get me to my features. I called and spoke to a live person a few months ago, but I would have had better luck running into a brick wall. She was clueless. Any ideas to help out please!!!!
