In case you are experiencing this issue with your HTC Inspire within just the past two months. FIRST CHECK to see if you have a 4G Sim Card. HTC pushed out an update approximately two months ago, which causes the phone to believe there is no Sim Card, limited power, and go through a cycle of abnormal resets if you are still using a 3G card. It will also cause the battery to be abnormally low. ATT is unaware of the problem, and I had to call HTC to figure it out after a new battery and a new phone. Now a new sim card. Good Luck!

I received a message from AT&T today instructing me to download an update to make my experience better... FAIL. My phone has been spontaneously restarting for the past 5 hours now and I cannot get it to so much as send a text message. I use this for work and I work nightshift. Guess I'm S Outta Luck, huh? I am very close to switching providers on this one.

Same issue here. Going to a store at lunch. I would like to try to wipe it to factory, but I can't even get it to stay on that long without rebooting. My phone is basically a brick right now. I have zero confidence that I'll get any help at the store, but maybe today will be an exception to the rule.
