Home symbol now points to the wrong page which looks like a docking page Glaxay S II skyrocket

My phone suddenly changed it's home screen (the screen that shows when the little house symbol is pressed) to what looks like some kind of mostly blank docking screen.  The screen has a speaker control icon at the top, some apps across the bottom.  If you go to the screen controls however, you will see that my original home screen is still designated as the home screen.  It seems that the home icon and home screen setting no longer point to the same screen.  I have done a soft and hard reset of the phone, removed the battery, etc.  Why is the home icon now pointing to the wrong place and how do I fix this?

i am thinking to try changing your home screen then changing it back might be worth a try.

I have tried changing the home screen.  I am able to do this successfully but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the home screen button on the phone itself.  I can designated another screen as home, but it doesn't change what the button points to.  The home screen looks like below.  Note it has an icon which I think toggles from internal speaker to external speaker.  That makes me think this is probably a music docking screen, but I have never docked the phone so I don't know for sure.  How does the dock screen end up as the home screen?  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do u use a dock? Try putting it in the dock then removing it again...maybe it still thinks its in a dock lol

Also on settings, do to your dock options and see if anything has been checked

I have never used a dock with this phone. All of the dock settings are unchecked. I even did a restore defaults on the dock settings.

Can you delete that page when you view all your home screens? (Im guessing use 2 fingers to pinch the screen and see all your screens)

Check to see if it is some kind of widget
