New Software Update

I barely found out that the HTC vivid had a a new software update that was released in march or may and so I followed the instructions to update my phone. But after a few tries the phone keeps saying service error. So do I need to go to the store or am I doing something wrong?

System might just be too busy. Try again later.

Or else you can download the RUU manually and run it from a PC. Unfortunatly, this method wipes all data from the phone:
