This is just information to give you guys hope:

Order date: 6/6/12 

Order time: Around 8:30am (EST)

State: Georgia

**I didn't get an email notification until about an hour ago.  My status previously had been backordered and processing.  I now have a tracking number that states it should be delievered tomorrow.  The shipping date was 6/19/12, so there's a little delay there in e-mail notification.  Oh, I ordered the blue phone too.  I'm soooo excited about getting this thing... I'm so impatient when it comes to things that I want.  My guess is that emails and notifications should be rolling around soon for those that pre-ordered early.  If I have any additional information, I will definitely share.

We went through the same thing almost two years ago with the iPhone 4.  It's hard for companies to ramp up production to meet a very unusual spike in demand.  Even Apple struggles with this.

Looks like the shipment is ready for pickup by fedex and the QTY shipped would change to 1 when they actually pickup the package.

I got my shipment notification around 4pm eastern time. I'm in Charleston South Carolina. I pre-ordered mine at an AT&T store on 6/6, but the dude ended up pre-ordering it for me online. Ship date was today out if Texas with an estimated arrival of 6/21 no later than 4:30pm. Good luck to those that haven't received their notice yet.

Oh. I should mention that I was the first to pre-order at that store. They actually couldn't even process the pre-order online some 20 minutes after I left the store. The staff was really friendly and helpful though. A vast improvement over thr last time I went there. Probably has something to do with the customer service surveys they're now sending out after every visit.

My status was updated to shipped and I have my tracking number. I ordered mine at 1230 am on 6/6. So it shouldn't be long for the rest to ship out...

sree1992. I ordered mine on 6/13/12 and my status has not changed since I ordered the white one and I'm upgrading. Been AT&T customer since 2005

Galaxy, I ordered mine on 6/12...same boat as you..no update.. We are probably not getting them until next week unless you can find a store that has one.

I pre-ordered on 6/6 at 04:10 PST and mine still says Qty Back-Ordered. With so many people claiming they have tracking numbers, the whole first-come first-serve statement is completely deceitful.
