We are happy to report that we have reached a deal with AMC, IFC, and WE tv channels, and these channels will remain on U-verse TV.
Thanks for all your support!

7/14/10: Thanks for all the feedback you’ve provided. We are listening, and we wanted to respond and let you know the latest status on our efforts to keep AMC, IFC and WE tv on U-verse TV.
We don’t want you to lose access to the programming you want. But neither AT&T nor you should have to pay more than the programming is worth.
We’ve negotiated hundreds of deals with other programmers that have not come to this point. And our U-verse TV customers know this.
Today we issued the following statement to let the public and our customers know that we’re fighting to keep AMC, IFC and WE tv channels — owned by Rainbow Media, whose parent company is Cablevision — on U-verse TV. If a fair agreement can’t be reached, it will be AMC, IFC and WE tv (owned by Rainbow Media, whose parent company is Cablevision) that cut your signal and deny you access to the content you deserve.
Please view our statement here. For more details and to contact AMC, IFC and WE tv, visit att.com/fighting4you.

7/9/10: At midnight on July 14 our agreement with AMC, IFC, and WE tv channels (all owned by Rainbow Networks) are scheduled to expire. Although we have worked on negotiating a fair agreement with Rainbow Networks, the programming fees they are seeking are not reasonable. We can’t and won’t give in to unfair programming costs for our customers.
We continue to work toward negotiating a fair agreement with Rainbow Networks. However, if a fair agreement isn’t reached by July 14, Rainbow could force us to remove their programming from our lineup to try and force us into an unfair deal.
Channels Impacted:
• AMC (ch-795/796)
• IFC (ch-797)
• WE tv (ch-372/373)
