We are pleased to announce the following additions to our team. Delia and Julie are Specialists part of the Forums Community Team working in synch with the Community Managers behind the scenes. Please help us welcome Delia and Julie!
A little about Delia and Julie..
Delia (ATTDeliaCS):
Hey there. I am proud to be one of the Community Specialists! I am here not only to assist the Community Managers with improving your experience, but to help make it simple for YOU! I believe in keeping things positive and ensuring that we strive for complete satisfaction. As for me, I am happily married and we have one child! I have close to 19 years of experience in the wireless industry and am consistently impressed with how far we have come! I am fascinated with technology and look forward to learning AND helping!
Julie (ATTJulieCS):
Greetings to all! My name is Julie Rae and I’m a Community Specialist, hired as part of the Forums Community Team.
I’m a social media addict and love connecting with people on a variety of subjects, especially the areas I specialize in and have a passion for. My background consists of several years of Customer Service and I have spent the last four years supporting AT&T customers, services and products as well as growing an online AT&T community via Facebook and Twitter. Technology is a whirlwind of growth and I’m ecstatic to be a part of the movement! I’m soon to be married and spend my spare time writing, drumming, hiking, and seeking out new adventures.
You may see me from time to time engaging on the Community; otherwise I’ll be in the background working to improve your experience. I look forward to learning from your expertise!
