Hi everyone!
The AT&T Community team is excited to announce a new feature for our community.
Because we want to make it easy for you to find the answers you need, we’re introducing “Ask a Question” today!
Ask a Question will be front and center on the forum’s home page and provides a quick way for you to type a question to see if someone has already answered it.
When you type your question in to Ask a Question, you’ll get a list of Accepted Solutions (posts that have answered a similar question) as well as other posts similar to your question. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, you can create a new post right from the same screen.
We hope that this new feature will make your AT&T Community experience even more helpful. If you have any feedback on this or any other part of our forum, please visit the suggestions board in the Wireless, U-Verse or DSL category.
Thanks!
As of May 1st, I am no longer serving as the Community Manager for AT&T. This account will no longer be able to accept private messages. If you have an account related issue, please send a private message to ATTCustomerCare.
Did a post have a solution that worked for you? Help other people find solutions faster by marking posts that helped you as an "Accepted Solution". Learn about accepted solutions here.

This is a good resource for first time subscribers, and current subs as well. It looks good. Thanks for posting the announcement.
