UPDATE 5/3:

AT&T ATRIX 4G Customers, the next software update (4.1.83) is rolling out to you in phases! You will now enjoy increased potential data speed on AT&T's network, as well as enhancements in data connection, screen performance, email and more. Look for a notification on your device that will alert you when it's ready for download. If you can't wait, go to Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Update to manually check for this update*. If the above method** doesn't work for you, you can also update your ATRIX 4G using one of our alternative methods. Click the ATRIX 4G to get started.

AT&T & Motorola Community Managers

* For users that have limited Android data plans: It is recommended that you start and complete the update over Wi-Fi as this update can contribute significant usage against your monthly allowance if you leave Wi-Fi coverage after starting the download.

** If you've modified your phone you will not be able to use the SDcard option. You'll need to use the Motorola Software Update option.

UPDATE 3/29:

The new software for ATRIX 4G™ with MOTOBLUR is now available for download by all owners. Please go to Menu > Settings > About phone > System update to get it. Please make sure you phone is fully charged. Enjoy!

Motorola and AT&T are happy to announce a pre-release of the first software update* for ATRIX with MOTOBLUR, before it is officially released to all customers. We are recruiting 1,000 ATRIX owners to test and provide feedback on the update.

This registration period will be open until we receive our limit of qualified applicants. Note that you must be a member of the Motorola Owners' Forums to register. If you're interested in testing and want to take part, just join Motorola's community now and then fill out the short registration form.

Please note that registering will not guarantee you'll be among those testing the software update as testers will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis and on valid registration responses. Registration closes at 11am Central time 3/25/11. Selected users will receive additional information to prepare for the update via email when the trial begins.
