Everytime I start up my iphone 4s it asks me for my facetime password and next my imessage passworkd Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

Try resetting you your network settings. Settings>General>reset>reset network settings. something is corrupted and this may clear it out.
- If that does not work, try a hard reset - Hold down the home key and they on/off switch for 8 to 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.
- After that, delete the account that the password is being asked for then put the account back in.
- If that still does not work, it may be time to restore your iphone and setup as new.
