Can I change the amount of times the phone rings before voicemail engages?

my phones voicemail kicks in after the 3rd ring.. I need more time. Can this be changed??

You can call customer service and request they change your no answer call forwarding to 30 seconds (which is the max). Remember the 30 seconds is not always 30 seconds of ringing on your phone. Its the time the call is initiated in the system.
I believe you can also set it yourself using the GSM codes. On your phone dial *#61*11# then hit Call. Write down the forwards to number, this is the [dest] below. Then you can use the following to set the delay. The seconds [sec] can be set in 5 second intervals (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30)
*61*[dest]*11*[sec]#
Hit Call.
For instance my dest number is 16787619968. I would enter the following to set a delay of 30 seconds: *61*16787619968*11*30#
