Hi all!
I just got back from Japan where I bought an Iphone 4 to use with Softbank. Can I use this phone with AT&T now that I am back stateside? Its the model with the sim card slot (Model Number A1332). Just want to confirm before I go with AT&T. Thanks.

Yes, all iPhones with the exception of the CDMA iPhone sold in the US for Verizon will work on the AT&T network.

no, iphones sold by softbank Japan are locked to their network. (Just like AT&T in US)
So far they don't provide any option to unlock iphones sold by them.
