Can’t transfer photos from iphone to pc!?

There are some photos in my iphone and I have to transfer them to my pc for editing. So I synced my iphone to computer and open itunes. Normally the pictures will appear on itunes but this time the folder was empty! I really don't know what’s going wrong! Could u pls help me...

Actually, the most direct way of transfering photos from iPhone to PC is withour iTunes at all. Connect your iPhone to your PC, go to "My Computer -> Computer, and then where you'll see your iPhone listed as a device, click on it. You can then drag and drop your pics onto the desktop, into a folder, anything you like. Hope this helps.

Well I remember seeing a youtube video saying that it’s because itunes blocked some data when you sync your apple products, so you may try to change some settings to make them unhidden. Unfortunately I don’t have that video right now. but you can google your question “how to transfer photos from iphone to pc” to find that video. Oh and remember to choose "video" tab on the left side to screen the search results, it will help a lot to find the more exact answers.

you can also email the photos to yourself and then download them to your pc. I’m tired of using itunes so I always backup my pics via email, it’s quite convenient

sometimes itunes will block your iphone contents like music, video and photos, that's why you can't them when you plug in.

Therefore you should go to “iPhone Control” folder--> select “Properties”--> un-select “Hidden” and click “OK” --> select “Apply Changes To This Folder, Subfolder And Files” and click “OK” 

otherwise you will need to find a iphone to computer transfer, it works as well.

I don't know why anyone would want to pay for software when you can easily copy/paste your photo's and videos directly from your iPhone to a pc, and without using iTunes. If you follow the directions from slikrick it's as easy as pie.

You might try connecting your iPhone Photo to your PC without iTunes. It will see it just like it would a flash drive. Then you can just copy & paste/drag & drop, etc.

I have done this with several people at work when I need to transfer iPhone pictures to PC they've taken in the field for me.

Just my 2c worth...hope it helps

The PC sees the iphones and gives the standard windows option box to open the files or upload the pitures with or without itunes active on the machines I went through

Try opening settings, open music, (yeah I know it's not pics...try it anyways) and enable home sharing by inputting your apple username and id.
