I had followed your procedure to unlock but the phone still locked . I had confirmed with Apple Inc. That they does not lock for my iPhone 4. Now I don't know to do to close this issue. Please help to AT&T to contact me via {Personal content removed for your safety}for help me. I want to say very thank you at&t for good support and help

Did you recieve the email indicating that your phone was actually eligible for unlock? The unlock of the iphone is not automaticly granted, then need to check to see if the device qualifies and you will recieve an email indicated yes or no

Yes i got this Msg from AT&T after I send e-mail to request unloock my-iphone

I took me over 24 hours between the time I got my email and when the restore worked. Wait a day or so/keep trying.

I got this problem 2 week ago. I call AT&T customer service to help to fix but them tell me please contact Apple. After i call apple, them tell me please contact AT&T. So how i can fix this issue....
