Hi all,
I have iphone 4 32GB and I bought it from a second hand dealer. I live in the UK and my iphone has no signal bars with no network here. I was told that it is locked and could be for AT&T.
Please could you tell me if it is locked to AT&T and if so I would like to unlock it so I can use it here in the UK.

Regards

For starters, remove your iMEI for your own security. Second, you need to call ATT to see if it is locked to ATT. Third, since you are not nor have been a customer of ATT, they are probably not going to unlock your iPhone per their guidelines. I would reach out to the seller and have them request the unlock. The phone number is below in my signature. Use Skype to keep you calling costs down.
