I refuse to sell on eBay now after being a loyal buyer/seller for many many years and I've never used craigslist.

i seen 8Gb 3G iphones in good condition got for about 100$ to 165$ on Craigslist or eBay yes it is worth selling.

Yes, I think it is worth selling. People are still in the market to purchase any generation iPhone, really. You could expect to see around $80-$150 for it, depending on the condition and functionality.

Just sold my 16GB black 3G on ebay and got a decent price. I did not have luck with Craigs List ended up getting some emails from some long lost friends who recognized my writing and wanted to meet back up with me:-) (SPAM)

You could always try Nextworth or Gazelle. You will get a better price on Nextworth but not as much as you would get if you sold it on your own.
