Has anyone been able to cancel their order? I ordered the 32gb white from a store on 10/27.  It is still listed as backordered but I was able to go into the Apple store today and buy a 16gb.  I want to cancel the 32gb order but am having lots of problems.  Any suggestions?

Still on backorder.  Rep stated it should ship in about 14 days from ordering.  Hope she was correct.

I would guess your getting close.  I ordered in store to be shipped to me directly on 10/19, came off backorder last night, probably will ship today.

I ordered my iphone 4s on Oct 8 at around 11am.  I am still waiting on the order to go from pending.  I have tried to contact the store where I purchased the phone and customer service to no avail.  Any thoughts?

I pre-ordered my iphone 4s 32 gb black in an at&t store on oct 7. still have not received the phone however the thing i find weird is i still havent recieved any tracking information. Is that normal? every time i try to track using my phone number it says an order doesnt even exist for that number!

I am having the same issue with the tracking number.  It doesn't seem to make sense that people who have ordered after us have already recieved their phone.

mine too..i ordered 2 iphones on 10/21 one is white and one black..but only white came off back order..dont knw why one only in off back order and have no clue whn will they ship it. Hopefully soon!

My wife and I both ordered the iPhone 4s  on 10/19.  I got a 16GB black she got a 16GB white.  They both came off backorder today and a few minutes ago I got my tracking number.

I called ATT few minutes ago and inquired about the status on other phone (black 16 GB) which is still on back order while the white 16GB is off bck order..and the lady told me whatever the website may say..we see that they both are still back ordered and it may take a week or so to get off it..feeling really sad now....good luck to all who got their phone..I hope i get my both the phones soon

I ordered a 16gb white on 10/20. Phone came off backorder Monday, shipped yesterday, and is at my house right now waiting on me to get home from work. Much faster than the 3 to 4 weeks I originally anticipated.

that sucks. her's is on the way. but the 16 GB  is more in demand than the 32-GB and 64-GB models. i am  thinking the

199$ price for the 16 GB why more sell.

Just came off backorder but does not have tracking yet.  That should happen soon I hope.  Maybe get it next week......

ordered mine recently, 10/31, in a corporate store. business account. at&t had such a string of screwups with me they gave me an early upgrade by almost 6 months. 21-28 days delivery time quoted.

how is it that apple and at&t have been selling iphones together for 4 years and still can't get this right ?

walked into a local Target store a few days later and they've got loads. white, black, all sizes. not a single at&t store for 100 miles has a one. honestly at&t ?
