I am an iPhone newbie, having moved from WinMo (Tilt) two weeks ago. I am successfully syncing between iPhone and home PC (Vista). However, I would like to add office laptop (XP) to loop. How do I add MobileMe to laptop? I have loaded iTunes this week. I would like to sync calendar and contacts, so that they would stay current on all three devices. One concern is that there is calendar and contact data on the laptop, but it is not updated. Once MobileMe is on laptop, is there danger of deleting desired data on phone?
Thanks for your help

This should tell you how to setup your PC, and how to select what you want to sync. iTunes is the vehicle by which you sync your iPhone to a PC.

If you haven't signed up fro a MobileMe account yet then I'd recommened you not do it. Their service is nothing but trouble with tons of outages and push does not work correctly. I'd recommend a regular Exchange 2007 host provider to sync your contacts, mail and calendar. I've been using Sherweb.com and the service has been far superior.

My push email works fantastically on both my phone and iMac. Haven't had a problem. I also like the Web Gallery integration.

I've been using MobileMe on phone and home PC for about two weeks with no problems whatsoever!

While there were some issues with MobileMe earlier this year it has been trouble free for me for many months now.
You can use iTunes to sync your phone without MobileMe but with MobileMe your phone syncs without having to connect it to your computer.

You don't need MobileMe if you have a microsoft exchange business accoubt with your company that supports an open IMAP or a gmail account. For Gmail, Go to nuevasync.com and sign up with your gmail login. They will provide a microsoft exchange login setup.
If you prefer an alternative for synchronization and you indicated you have office xp, yahoo has autosync that covers those options. It's not over the air but it forwards the MS Outlook data.
