New to me Refresh iPhone 4 now frozen by iTunes

I have a new to me AT&T Refresh iPhone 4 (purchased last week from Radio Shack as an upgrade on our account) that was just frozen by our iTunes account when I uploaded photos to my computer for the first time - any suggestions on getting all my data back on the phone? iTunes "attempted" to restore, but kept sending an error code.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you should visit the genius bar, likely hardware issue.

Actually given how new the refurb is, ask Radio Shack to swap it out. Mthey may refer you to Apple whom will definitely take care of you!
