What file format are the videos in? Its possible they are encoded using a codec the iPhone doesn't support.

Do you receive other videos or MMS from other people fine? Or do you not receive any from anyone.

The videos are being sent from an At&t phone Samsung A767, i do recieve pics and text just fine but I do not recieve any videos. Can the Iphone3g even recieve videos?

Samsung Phone - MPEG-4, H.263, 3gp

iPhone supports H.264 video, MPEG-4 video

All recordings are more likely 3GP based which the iPhone does not support. Androids have the 3GP codec but iPhone doesn't.
