I recently changed my plan from rollover 450 min to 900 min and when I check on my
Phone it’s still showing that I have 450 rollover min. But when I log on to my account
On line and check my plan, it shows 900 rollover min. Can you please check on this
and let me know what to do

The rollover cap is the same no matter if you go up in price or if you go down in price.
Demetri70 wrote:You have to wait a month to see them...Just check your plan and see if its the 900(whatever) plan. When you go up you keep any rollover minutes, when you go down ( like from 600 to 450) you loose all your minutes except the plan amount. Example (me) I lost 6800 minutes and only kept 450, and it took a full billing cycle to take effect!
