I have returned my iphone within the 30 days period and curious if I would get the refund for the "One time upgrade fee" of 18$ charged when I upgraded to iphone?

Yes. If you returned the phone before the end of your bill cycle then the upgrade fee is automatically removed and shouldn't be charged in your next bill. If it was returned after it, then you will have to ask for a credit with Customer Service. This applies only if they have already confirmed that the upgrade was reversed and the credit hasn't been applied yet.

Thanks, appreciate your response.
It was charged in my current bill, I will call customer service for the credit.

The Upgrade fee is only credited back if you did the return within the first 3 days of purchase.

I can show where is states the "activation fee" will be refunded if within the first 3 days only. But I don't see anything stating the "upgrade fee" is only refunded in the first 3 day. A long time ago there used to be something like that but as far as I can find the wording has been removed. Do you have a link or something on this? I just like to keep my info up to date.
Returns Policy & Early Termination Fee
It would be odd to refund the phone but keep the upgrade fee, reset their eligibility date only to charge it again when they do use the upgrade.
