Ringtone's for IPHONE [ Edited ]

Whenever I try to buy a ringtone through this website, I can never locate the IPHONE when it tells me to "select your phone"

Am I confused or where do I have to go to get ringtones for my 16gb IPHONE?

AT&T's ringtone website does not have ringtones that support the iPhone.  You have to purchase ringtones through iTunes for your iPhone.

You can do a google search for how to make iPhone ringtones.  You can use any song you have in iTunes and make it a ringtone.

some one said he used songs ripped from a cd to make ring tones also.

can you use like themes from movies and stuff like that to make ring tones for the iphone.

it's not bs you can use any song through iTunes I have just read the previous posts and you will find out how

It appears I am having the same problem.  When I go to the AT& T website to sellect a ringtone it does not show the Iphone as a choice of phones.  I also selected many and everyone did not have the Iphone listed.    Does this mean we cannot use the free ringtone for the Iphone?

If you want to purchase ringtones, you must do it thru iTunes.  You can also take 30 second clips of any mp3, convert to AAC in tunes, find the file on you computer, rename the file extension from .m4a to .m4r, double click the file, and you have a ringtone.

Got my iPhone last week, I promised I wouldnt hack it like I did my 8525....

That's a useful piece of information there...glad I remembered the old command prompt to I could get in and change the extention...

And no harm done! yay!

If we could actually sticky here I'd say to put it up there for everyone to find.
