Check your status in a couple hours. As they process and tag it to be shipped to the UPS facility, they will issue out the tracking number. If yours is off backorder as of last night, it should change sometime today.

When i recieved it. it came up no service....
I had to call at&t to activate. They had to stop the service on my other iphone. then i had to switch it off for about 5 min, then restarted and it was fine.... good luck to all
I called ATT few minutes ago and inquired about the status on other phone (black 16 GB) which is still on back order while the white 16GB is off bck order..and the lady told me whatever the website may say..we see that they both are still back ordered and it may take a week or so to get off it..feeling really sad now..

I too just spoke with an AT&T representative, and received word that as of TODAY they have cascaded the wait time from 21-28 days back to 14-21 days. I was told that they've been receiving massive shipments of iphones from Apple this week, and getting them shipped out as quickly as possible. The gentleman was sympathetic throughout the conversation. He also added that it is likely that I would receive my order in less than 14-21 days. I just ordered on 10/29 from the premiere site. Hopefully all of you that ordered way before me receive your new phones quickly! I received my Otterbox Defender Series case today, but it's not that much fun to talk to.

I placed my order on the 26th for a white 16gb ...My status went off back-order last night on the 2nd and i finally recieved shipment details today on the 3rd !! it says i should recieve it by trw the 4th at 3 pm so i guess ill have to be canceling all my activities for tomorrow to wait at the door ...they are definetly getting these white orders out quick..i hope the best for everybody !

Did you order online or in-store?
